Ordering beautiful handmade ceramics
All items are made daily by hand in my workshop here in Ireland so I do not keep much stock. If your chosen item(s) is not in stock it will be made to order especially for you and will take 4-6 weeks depending on how busy I am. Please note that is the absolute maximum time. I will let you know immediately how long it will take when I receive your order. There is always the possibility that I have one in stock and I can send it within 2-3 working days :-)
DELIVERY - I will get your Purchase to you wherever you are 🐞
I can delivery anywhere in the world. I make every effort to wrap and pack my ceramics to ensure they will travel safely and am happy to replace anything that reaches you in damaged condition.
Where possible I reuse and recycle packaging material, so you will find newspaper and random off cuts of cardboard within the outer box protecting the boxed item inside.
Working days are Monday to Friday and exclude Saturdays, Sundays, Good Friday and Bank or Public Holidays.
As a small independent business I pride myself in providing you with only handmade quality work and exceptional customer service. I do my best to accurately depict and describe the items in my shop and I ask that you keep in mind that all items are one of a kind, made by hand, therefore there will be some variations in colour and size due to natural process involved in making the piece.

Goods must be returned to CREATIVE CLAY, BALLYCASEY CRAFT & DESIGN CENTRE, SHANNON, CO. CLARE without undue delay and in any event within 14 days.
we will refund you the price you paid for the product. However, please note refunds will only be considered if the goods are returned to us in the condition that you received them. So please take care when repacking your item(s)
items remain your responsibility until they reach Creative Clay. Return postage costs will not be refunded unless the item is found to be faulty.
we will make any refunds due to you as soon as possible and in any event within 14 days of receiving the goods back from you.
we will refund you in the same method you used to pay.
SECONDS. Please be aware that there is no refund/return on discounted items or seconds sold. If the item is damaged in transit, see below, I will refund you the full amount of the damaged item(s).
Damaged in Transit
In the unlikely event that the product is damaged when it arrives please contact me at email@example.com within 24 hours of delivery. An emailed picture of the damaged item in its packaging will be required. In this case it needs to be returned to me at the above address and a full refund will be given or a replacement can be made and resent. This does not affect your statutory rights.
